The Park Royal Production Kitchens are an integral part of the Alpha Beta Business Centre.


All our Production Kitchens are fitted with:

  • Stainless steel double bowl catering sinks
  • Separate hand wash
  • Cooker hoods and extraction systems
  • 3 Phase electricity
  • Hot water
  • Gas supply

 

Some units contain coldrooms/freezers.

Park Royal Production Kitchens are designed to be flexible and can be quickly adjusted to meet your requirements.

ABBC cater units suit a range of small food industry businesses

The Production Kitchens are available to let on flexible Licences.

 

Examples of food produced in Park Royal Production Kitchen units are bread, pizzas, patisserie, sandwiches, sushi, soup, meat balls, salads, traditional and ethnic ready meals.

We use 100% Green Electricity

Recycling for the Food Businesses

COOKING OIL: Used cooking oil is now being collected weekly and converted to Bio-diesel.

FOOD WASTE: The food waste  is collected and converted to manure for agricultural use.

CARDBOARD: We have installed a separate compactor for cardboard. The compacted bales are collected twice a week and recycled.
